Built on a repurposed airport trailer with a solid chassis and steering front wheels

Fully wired by qualified electrician for 240v. Just plug in a 15A extension cord to the external socket. Includes its own mini-switchboard and safety switch.

Exterior steps unbolt from body for ease of transport.

Exterior – 4.3m long x 2.1m wide x 3.0m high (at roof centre). Internal dimensions are 4.1m x 1.9m x 2.1m. Approx 8 sqm.

Fully insulated using Earthwool batts.

Exterior walls are 12mm marine ply, waterproof membrane and 4mm OSB brace board.

Floor is 19mm yellow tongue with 8mm laminate boards.

Roof is double-layered corrugated iron over waterproof membrane and 4mm brace board.

Note – it will need to be transported to its final location. Has a basic tow arm for manoeuvring into position.
