Working in Sydenham as a nurse and require a small patch of land (half acre or less) for my Tiny House on wheels (THOW) North West of Melbourne.
No power source or water needed. Small water tank already with the THOW.
Grey water from shower will run onto garden. No laundry grey water at this stage.
I understand grey water concerns, environmental issues with land/ soil erosion as have grown up on farm. Could also assist with animal care incl. cows, sheep, horses etc. as part of lease.
Land is required ASAP.
