Hi there

I’m a 33 yr old single guy looking for a small piece of land to set up my tiny house, ideally within a 1 to 1-1/2 hour drive from Melbourne CBD.
The size of the tiny house and workshop would be the same size as 2 20ft shipping containers, one as the tiny house itself to live in and the other used as a small workshop.
I’m looking to pay up to $150 pw to rent the land and will need access to water and general rubbish disposal. The tiny house and workshop will be solar powered.
I am an electrician/handyman by trade but am hoping this opportunity gives me more time to pursue more creative endeavors and learn to work closer with the land. If you or your neighbors need any maintenance or general labor done on the property I’d be more than willing to help, the more I can work locally the better!
Currently I’m living in New Zealand but am hoping to move back to Aus in June/July to get things underway.
