Family of 3 (with a little one) Seeking land to park a tiny house (yet to be built). Will need access to power, water & sewerage (grey water)
Preferably a close drive to a train station for regular commuting to Sydney CBD.

We are interested in purchasing a small block too, however will happily rent long term until the option becomes available.
