Hi,
I have been living in fish creek for just shy of 2 years, i am currently living in a bus that is parked on a property which i work on.
I am getting a tiny house trailer built as i write this and hope to have it built before the winter of 2023.

Im looking for a small parcel of land around the fish creek area to rent.
Im happy to exchange my skills for this land if required, im a fully licensed electrician, i lease a small plot of land that i grow seasonal produce for a local vineyard and cafe’s. parking my tiny house on this land isnt practical.
I also work at the local vineyard doing a range of tasks from viticulture to general farming. I also help manage a 20acre property that is run as a b&b with a 2acre orchard, large veggie patch, small vineyard and a range of animals.

I have a 7year old tasmanian smithfeild x kelpie, I have had him since he was a pup, he has always lived on farms and around livestock/native animals. He is the most obediant and friendliest dog you will ever meet, guaranteed.

My tiny home is designed to be completely off the grid, I only require a parking space for my tiny and a spot near by(in the sun) to put a shipping container that holds my solar system and other belongings.
