Queen size loft/mezzanine bed (folds up, if you’re tall enough to operate it!) – or space for queen size bed underneath.

Timber framed, OSB lined. Recycled timber features, windows and doors.

Exterior feature wall of shou sugi ban charred pallet wood weatherboards. Other three walls corrugated iron.

Designed to be council approved as backyard ‘granny flat’ (has previously been approved for this but was never installed.). Not designed for bushfire but otherwise building code compliant.

Designed to be installed with overhanging roof/verandah, only temp sheeting is installed at the moment.

Not included: toilet, roof, HWS, aircon or solar (if needed). Underfloor insulation provided not installed.

Strong preference given to buyers who actually intend to live in it. If you like it hit me up.
