This tiny house has served me well and now I’m wanting to move onto (or into) bigger things.
It was built on a custom-made triaxle trailer (10k) specifically built for Tiny homes.
The exterior is navy colourbond.
All Windows are double glazed with locks and flywire.
It has 2 lofts (one with stair access that fits a queen mattress, the other would fit a king single, I use it for storage, requires ladder access).
Instantaneous hot water system and heating ran off LPG gas.

Solar system specs:
• 700W solar array
• 4.8KWh Pylontech LiFePO4 battery bank (48V)
• 2.4KW Victron inverter
• Victron charge controller
• Victron Color Control system display/controller with advanced features and online monitoring

There is a port for generator or home power to boost battery charge when it is cloudy for days on end.

-circular sink with circular dish rack for easy storage.
-regular sized Chef brand oven, stove and grill. 4 hot plates. 3 shelves in oven.

-Hisense fridge/freezer (519 w x 528 d x 1130 h. This is a few months old and happy to include as it fits the space perfectly)

Lounge
– Rinnai energy saver 309FT LPG gas heater (this thing heats up the space within 5 minutes! Can have timers set etc.)
– aerial input with TV aerial attached to roof.
-newly installed CHiQ 32″ smart tv with swivel mount (again happy to include this as it fits the space well)
-I currently have a 2 seater couch, 2 dining chairs, a coffee table and a double fold out table in this space (happy to include all of this, as it fits the space well)

Bathroom (1.5mx2.4m)
-1.5m bath with overhead shower.
-vanity with 1 cupboard, 2 drawers.
-Buyer would need to have toilet installed (composting or regular) as I currently have a composting toilet in place.
-wall fan to reduce condensation.
