This timber Tiny House was built from kit approximately 3 years ago. It has a loft bedroom space, dedicated bathroom area with closing door(bathroom not fitted). Dedicated kitchenette area( kitchen not fitted), trend windows with fly screens, plumbed and operational Rinnai gas heater( gas supply is a 9kg bbq gas bottle) and dedicated seating area. Built onto a custom made braked trailer this Tiny House can be relocated to your dream spot. My family and I lived in this Tiny House for approximately 16 months. Fully sealed, weatherproof and extremely comfortable, the space is quite surprising.
Tiny house livable space is 2.5m wide 6m long. Trailer takes it to roughly 8m in length. Height is roughly 4.4m
