My property is a lush 40 acres in Goongerah in the legendary forest wilderness of Far East Gippsland. It is very peaceful, private & remote with abundant Brodribb River (clean enough to drink) frontage. There are a number of excellent spots with plenty of room to park a Tiny House with a northern aspect, some close to the river, others higher up in the foothills. There is a large established vege garden (available to share), orchard, poultry and lots of firewood. People interested in permaculture and sustainable living most welcome!

There is an abundance of native wildlife and birds, so it really is a nature lovers paradise! From here it is an easy drive to some of the Victoria’s best forest in the Errinundra and Snowy River National Parks. Self-drive maps provided.

Note there is no mobile reception out here (perfect for a digital detox!). The Goongerah Hub is open to the public every Friday at the Goongerah Hall with free internet and other facilities. There is also the option of using the houses’ internet that can be negotiated.
