Hi and thanks for looking at our ad!

My partner and I are seeking land for long term rental – initially as storage and intermittent access of a tiny home (currently pending design and build) ideally within 3 hours drive from Melbourne CBD with a view to potentially reside full-time in 2019.

We will be continuing to live and work full time in the CBD for the next 12 months minimum, but would be happy to pay ongoing weekly/monthly rental fees for weekend access as a retreat, and ability to work on internal fitout as needed.

We are looking at $50 per week, but this is wholly negotiable and flexible from our end as we have a very strong desire to make this work. We are planning an off-grid build, but any available shared amenities (water etc) would be most appreciated and compensated for.

We are both friendly, quite and respectful people who are simply eager to start living a more minimal & sustainable lifestyle whilst we save for land of our own.
