It comes as is and you will need to provide an external laundry, carport, and water tank to get it through the council.
It is sized to be easily transported on the back of a truck without extra road permits and lifting lugs will be provided. Plans are available for council lodgement if needed. Fully designed and built to NCC – National Construction Codes – and Australian Standards for residential housing.
