Designed as a prototype to combine compact, sustainable design and visual arts into a creative granny flat or BnB. This funky pod has original murals both inside and out and an amazing, bold and fun colour palette.

-Ceilings start at 2.7m and rake up from there.
-It’s double insulated on walls, floors, and ceiling/roof.
-Double glazed, uPVC doors and windows.
-Low VOC for improved indoor air quality.
-Built-in queen-sized bed base with storage under.
-Built in a pull-out desk with tons of storage and a bookcase, PLUS concealed charge points for devices.
-Kitchen has 2 hot plates, a convection microwave, a rangehood, and a place for a bar fridge.
-There is a robe with undies draw and shoe storage, PLUS a niche for your bedside book, glasses, and water!
– Additional large item storage is provided on top of the bathroom for items like suitcases, instruments or sports gear.
-Low energy use lighting.
-TV and lounge included!!!
-Set up for gas hot water.
-Rated to BAL29

It comes as is and you will need to provide an external laundry, carport, and water tank to get it through the council.

It is sized to be easily transported on the back of a truck without extra road permits and lifting lugs will be provided. Plans are available for council lodgement if needed. Fully designed and built to NCC – National Construction Codes – and Australian Standards for residential housing.
