Hello!

I have a beautiful and immensely comfortable tiny house on wheels for sale – I’m moving overseas indefinitely. Constructed in 2020 and currently situated in Bacchus Marsh VIC.

The home feautures all double-glazed windows, efficient split-system air conditioner, roller-shutters, large bi-fold entry doors, extensive wall, ceiling and under-floor insulation, smart lighting and all-electric appliances allowing you to place this home virtually anywhere, and is ideal for creating an off-grid solar setup. The home is a very pleasant and economical place to live.

In terms of accommodation, we’ve been living here full-time, two people and a cat in complete comfort. Upstairs is a king-sized sleeping mezzanine with great ventilation thanks to its three windows. Downstairs we have a single sofa-bed, wall-mounted TV, built-in desk with space for two, wall-mounted bookshelf, a piano and plenty of space for storage, and so many windows which increase the preception of space and give perfect ventilation. With the piano gone, there is space for another single bed or even bunks.

The downstairs area also features a very well-equipped kitchen with premium Electrolux appliances (normal-sized), space for a full-sized refrigerator (our Westinghouse fridge is yours if you want it) and plenty of bench and pantry space. There’s also a built-in wardrobe with integrated lighting. The appliances in the kitchen include:
– Diswasher: an effective, efficient and quiet Electrolux dishwasher with comfort-lift (the bottom tray lifts up so you don’t have to bend so often)
– Oven: Pyrolytic self-cleaning Electrolux steam (and regular) oven, packed with features such as integrated meat thermometer (i.e. the oven stops exactly when your roast is finished)
– Fridge: Full-sized Westinghouse fridge (it’s an oldie, but it’s been going for years with no issues, and you can have it if you want it, or put in a new top-or-bottom mount fridge)
– Rangehood: built-in Electrolux rangehood with charcoal filter and dishwasher-safe filter
– Cooktop: We decided not to build in a cooktop and instead use a portable induction cooktop and hang it on the wall when we’re done. The bench space under the rangehood is available for whatever you need and is very easy to keep clean.
– Under-bench and fast-heating 50L electric hot water tank

The bathroom is fully-tiled from floor to ceiling (the floor with non-slip tiles) and features an 8Kg Electrolux washer/dryer, full-sized tiled shower with large ceiling-mounted shower-head and storage niche, counter-top wash basin with under-bench storage, wall-mounted mirror with storage, wall-mounted cupboards above the washer/dryer, and a composting toilet (it’s been perfect for us, but could be easily be replaced with a regular plumbed-in toilet if preferred).

This home is perfect for placing on your own, borrowed or rented land, for living in permanently, for holidays, or for renting out short or long term. The home is powered by a 15-amp lead, and all plumbing connections are conventiently accessed under the bathroom. Simply remove the stability legs and arrange towing to your location.
